At Bio Med Sciences, we understand how important it is that your package arrives promptly. Below you will find answers to common questions about our shipping policies and rates.
1. What shipping options are available to me?
Bio Med Sciences offers five levels of delivery service to most destinations:
Priority Mail: 3 – 5 days (from shipping date)
Ground: 2 – 6 business days* (from shipping date)
3rd Day Air: 3 business days* (from shipping date)
2nd Day Air: 2 business days* (from shipping date)
Next Day Air: 1 business day* (from shipping date)
* Excludes weekends and holidays.
2. How long does it take to process and fulfill my order?
Every order is processed, packed and shipped within 48 hours on business days. If the order is placed before 2:30 PM (EST), the order will usually be shipped the same business day. If the order is placed after 2:30 PM (EST), the order will usually be shipped the next business day. Because we do not have business hours on Saturday or Sunday, any order that is placed after 2:30 PM (EST) on a Friday, will usually be shipped the next Monday.
2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods are calculated based on USD amount and destination. See below for approximate base level shipping costs. Actual shipping charges may be lower or higher. Please check the cart for accurate information.
